The land offered for sale is situated near the Via Baltica motorway, on the Panevezys city transit road, at the intersection of Vilnius – Šiauliai and Kaunas – Riga motorways.  The distance to Panevezys city centre is 8 km, the distances to Vilnius is 129 km, to Kaunas 99 km, Riga is 155 km away, and Siauliai is 84 km away from the site. The land plots are continuous and they have common borders. 

There is a paved way in and out of the land leading to and from the transit road. On one of the plots of the land there is a newly built hotel, another plot is reserved for a petrol(gas) station. On the opposite side of the motorway warehousing and logistics park is under construction (more detailed information can be found on www.e67.lt). All legal paperwork of the land is completed and registered with the state. Construction of buildings is allowed up to 17 m high, the allowed density of buildings is 46%, the allowed intensity is up to 1,84. The land plots have all required infrastructure: a 10 MW electrical installation that is coupled with the transformer of the business park, there is a nature gas connection available, city water and sewer system hookup is also available. 

Rain water drainage and purification systems are also installed.  Land plot No. 5 is included in the map of the largest trade companies of Panevezys region. Next to the transit road there is a territory reserved for the expansion of the motorway where a second motorway road and road separation strip is to be built (the planned completion time is year 2015). At the western side the land plots border with Sermutas creek, at the northern side the land borders with a commercial company land and private land of agricultural designation, at the eastern side there is the Kaunas – Panevezys motorway.
